Halloween Twenty Seventeen

Halloween Twenty Seventeen

I hope everyone had a great Halloween! Halloween is hands down one (if not THE one) of my favorite holidays. I love that it’s silly, spooky, and gets people just having fun. It also just doesn’t have the pressure of a lot of the other holidays. You can be as crazy, cozy, fun, and silly as you want.

Obvi we are pretty silly. Shane and I decided to dress up as Hulk Hogan and Macho Man Randy Savage this year. We definitely last minuted most of them and it was just so much fun putting them together. A couple of our friends also dressed as wrestlers with us was awesome! We went to two halloween parties over halloween weekend, including one at Hubby’s parents house. I had an absolute blast, but man I was tired by Sunday!

The night of Halloween we decided to take it easy after a long work day for both of us. I absolutely loved this part the most. We had popcorn and candy (that was supposed to be for trick or treaters, but we didn’t really have any), and then I made some white chicken chili for dinner. We watched “Constantine” (which I definitely fell asleep before the end… does anyone else do that EVERY TIME?) and just got to relax was amazing! It also got incredibly cold on Halloween (which it has done every year for my entire life) here in Oklahoma. It was a perfect cold and spooky night to cuddle up with a movie!

What are your favorite things to do on Halloween? Did anyone else have a costume they’re really proud of? Please share in the comments below!
